The day to day management of the company revolves around the following individuals:

Benson Vincent Evboren (B. Sc. (Hons) Economics, M.B.A.): A graduate of the University of Lagos and a career Investment Banker, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

During his 18 years stint in the Banking industry, he worked mostly in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance Divisions of the defunct NAL Merchant Bank Ltd, and IMB International Bank Plc as well as Diamond Bank Plc. Until June 2005, he was Head, Investment Banking Division of Diamond Bank Plc, during which he handled several transactions on corporate finance, project finance and structured finance (including multilateral agency finance from ADB, IFC, FMO & EIB)

Martins Olanrewaju Ojo (B. Sc. (Hons) Civil Engr., M. Sc. Structural Engr. & P. GD. Project Mgt.), is the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Elcathay Dredging, he was the Managing Partner of Larry Martins Consult, a firm of consulting engineers. He is a registered member of COREN.

He worked in the Federal Ministry of Works from 1983-1997 as a Civil Engineer, during which he handled various projects including the National Housing Programme of 1993-95. He served as Chief Resident Engineer for the sand filling of Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. Over the years, he has handled several dredging and construction projects in both the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Godfrey Chukwuemeka Nwogu (HND Civil Engr.) is the Site Manager and has been in Dredging business, working with several companies, since joining West Minster Dredging in 1979. Over the years he has handled various projects on dredging such as reclamation, stockpiling, and sweeping of wells.

Moses Olugbenga Taiwo (B.Sc (Hons) Accounting, ACA). A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University and a qualified Chartered Accountant, with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, is the Manager, Finance and Administration.

Prior to joining Elcathay Dredging Co. Nigeria Ltd, he worked with Deinde Odusanya & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants, as a Consultant; Printserve Ltd, a printing outfit, as Manager Accounts & Administration and a host of other companies.
